He is serving the profession since 2003 and has immense experience in the field of Auditing & Assurance Services including Bank Audits, Taxation and Assessment Matters, and Business Advisory and Management Consultancy. With over 17 years of professional experience, CA Saubhik Samanta is a seasoned expert in government audits, jewellery sector operations, and statutory financial compliance. At DPSV, he plays a pivotal role in managing the firm’s Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Allied Services division, ensuring that clients receive accurate, timely, and compliant financial support. He has also completed Certification Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks (ICAI).

His deep understanding of public financial systems and regulatory frameworks is exemplified by his successful leadership in converting the accounting system of a prominent government entity from single-entry to double-entry - a major transformation initiative that demanded technical precision, planning, and execution.

In addition to his auditing expertise, Saubhik is well-versed in operational accounting processes, payroll administration, and management reporting. CA Atal Dangaich – Partner

The youngest member of the leadership team at DPSV, Atal is a technology enthusiast with a strong passion for number crunching and data analytics. He leads the firm’s ERP Implementation Support division, helping businesses deploy technology-driven solutions that streamline operations and enhance financial visibility.

With over 12 years of hands-on experience in ERP rollouts—including platforms like SAP and Microsoft Business Central—Atal has been instrumental in aligning financial systems with real-world business needs across diverse industries.

An avid follower of evolving GST laws, he regularly advises clients on GST litigation, refunds (including exports and inverted duty structures), and strategic restructuring to ensure optimal alignment with the GST regime. CA Atal Dangaich – Partner

Imran is a dynamic professional who joined the firm as a partner in April, 2019. He has six years of post- qualification experience in the position of senior manager credit in a leading PSU bank. He was responsible for credit evaluation, fraud monitoring, evaluation of credit worthiness and identification of potential risk factors during his tenure in the PSU Bank.

He also has experience in project financing, government audits, bank audits as well as statutory audits of various medium-sized companies. At present, he is involved in internal audit, management audit & GST related assignments of the firm.

Imran has also recently started collaborating for ERP Implementation Support services and is actively involved in designing, implementing and testing FICO module of SAP for our clients. He has also completed a Certificate Course on AI (ICAI).

Imran has experience of working with clients from diverse businesses in Manufacturing and Service Sector including Leather, Hospitality, Real Estate, Jewellery etc.
